The Asenguka (One Who Moves) program at Ttabamiruka '07 will be the foundation for a permanent institution to enable individuals and organizations of goodwill, all over the world, to assist Baganda to succeed in education, business, employment and other human endeavors.

At Ttabamiruka '07, the Asenguka program will focus on assisting Baganda who wish to take advantage of the United States annual Visa Lottery program.
