The following conference rate will apply from Friday, August 29 to Monday, September 1, 2008 for attendees of Ttabamiruka '08:
- One or two people : US $109.00 per night
- Three people: $134 per night per night
- Four people: $159 per night per night

| ** The special conference rates will expire after the "cut off date" of July 21, 2008. After July 21, 2008 the rates will increase starting with $129 for one or two people. |

You can make a reservation either online or via a phone. The steps to follow in either case are given below:

People who reserve rooms before registering will get the discount rate now. However, as of August 10th, every person who has a reservation but is not registered will be automatically switched back to the regular hotel rate for that weekend.
